Australia Zoo

We have had none stop rain here.

When my sister was up all it did was rain (think she got one or two (including xmas day) that wasnt raining..

Then scott and Kylie turned up to rain.. I took them and showed them the area as they have never been here before.. Man the surf was crazy so rough and i can't belive people were actually in there surfing...

I had to take Marli to swimming lesson's on the Thursday when everyone was here so they all piled into Mat and Julies car (7 seater) and took Cody with them.

They had planned to go to the big pineapple and then Underwater world..

Well they some how got lost going to the big pineapple, thanks to there Navman, and ended up at Underwater world the long way...

but every other man and there dog was there (surprise surprise) so they didnt even bother about that.

It finally stopped raining on the Saturday so we all headed off to Australia zoo, minus Brett and Matt as they went to Ipswich to the drag's..

It was the worst day we could of chosen as 1. it was the first sunny day in weeks and 2. John Edwards was there (we didnt know till we got there) The only bonus about that was the Terri and Wes did the croc show..

Which will say that was jamb packed...i reckon there were only about 200 seats if that left out of 5000... soooooo many people in the zoo that day..

You will see in one of the photos Wes feeding the croc up against the fence he didnt say Crickey like they do at the zoo he said shit as this big croc "Murray" was eyeing HIM off not the food... pretty scary though..

We were all pretty buggered at the end of the day. We tried to feed Kangaroo's but since there was so many people there the Kangaroo's weren't hungry.. The kids patted the Koala's, even got to pat a baby crocodile...

We were all sooooo buggered it wasn't funny the kids went to bed pretty good that night..
