Easter and Visitors

Wow ive been slack haven't I.

Let's see if i can remember.

I think most of you know that Cody had a Lovely (NOT) hair cut at school.. a couple of girls in the class decided to cut Cody a fringe... as you could imagine Brett and I weren't impressed at all. but hey it's school.. don't think she will ever let kids do that to her ever again..

Marli- Swimming lesson's ive now come out of the pool, that is great.. She's going fantastic, she's the only one who actually stay's still on the seat waiting patiently.. But will say she did collapse in the pool one day..

She was standing on there table and the railing around it collapsed and left Marli bobbing up and down.. no one was watching..(i was talking to Cody's old swim teacher) then i noticed.. yelled out to Marli's teacher and thankfully got to her.. mind you a lady inside had seen it but didnt bother yelling out.. I was sooo cranky... This has set Marli back unfortunately she now freaks when she has to go and stay on the table.. hopefully she gets better..

EASTER: We had Matt (Groves) and Ili up from Sydney, (Brett went to school with Matt) they came up on the Tuesday and flew home on the Easter Saturday. They left there kid's at home with Ili's mum... Next time they are bringing them up :) Can't wait to meet them..

Had a great time. Did bits and piece's up here.. and also had a few people up here on Good friday for a BBQ (yes a fish one) ended up being a good night...

While they were here we had Cody's school Easter Hat parade. That was good... Im soooo not creative.. But i still think i did a better job than some at the school..

Easter Sunday, We had a trail of Easter eggs (little ones) that led to the girls big one's.. Marli kept walking past it lol she kept following the track, we had to tell her look there's the big ones.. If people ask Cody did the Easter bunny come she replies with Yes and got LOTS of easter egg's so is that all i need to get next year is little ones but lots off (they do taste better)

After that Brett let me stay in bed while he made Breaky and Cody wanted Chocolate pancakes, She told Brett exactly what to put in them.. um lets say never again, we think the chocolate topping did something as they were flat and didn't really taste that nice... we just stayed home watching Movies all day we were just buggered and on Easter Monday think we just stayed home again (crap weather)

Cody ended up with a cold so had her off school for a day she only went on the Wednesday cause her class was singing at Assembly think most of you got the youtube link, if not let me know I will show you some pic's here.. They sang five little monkeys sitting on the bed... Now all i get off Marli is her singing it.. So cute.. (in the photo she is at the front right at the end looking straight at me.)

She had the Thursday off but went back on the Friday (really should of kept her home) but she wanted to go to sport day (fun run) she was sick poor thing and came last ah well she had fun..

Cody's drawing well we finally can tell what she is drawing now.. she's loving school

We also had a Birthday party to go to at the local play centre girls had a good time, will put up some pic's
