Marli and her swimming lessons

Well i take the girls swimming lessons on Mondays, well this monday was a disaster with Marli

Cody was GREAT like always, very happy with her..


Marli on the other hand..mmm where do i start

She got into her cossie (no even though i live in QLD im NOT calling them TOGS) and was all fine all morning then 5 mins before it was time to leave well she wanted it OFF no if's no but's it had to come off i thought ok she Might put it back on at the pool (doubted it though)

So we got there and sure enough she wouldnt put it on i tried but all she did was scream the place down (most of you have heard her scream boy)

So they gave me a make up class which we had today and with a different teacher as they thought the male teacher might of been too frightening for her..

Last few days we kept saying your going swimming on thursday then tomorrow then today and was all fine she kept saying Yes i know.. (her fav saying)

Well after i got home from taking Cody to Daycare she said NO!!! well i had other idea's i struggled to get her cossie on (with the screaming) and then quickly put her pants on so she couldnt rip her cossie off haha.. but all she did was scream even when Brett ph'd he though i was strangling her ..(well not really)

I even bribed her with some chocolate but nup she feed me the chocolate cheeky monkey

I got bubba and then put her in the car (struggled heaps)

and after we left put all windows down (she loves windows down) then she was finally quiet YIIIPPPPEEEEE

Even promised her a lolly told her this will be called the lolly place lol..

Well we got there and her and i sat on the edge till the lady teacher came over and then we went down the other end of the pool

Well i tell you one swim school two differnt teachers' two different techniques, What a difference Marli was she hardly screamed at all.. only time she screamed was when the teacher took her off me..

she even went under several times (ok she didnt like that when she had her mouth open) but she did the monkey (along the edge of the pool) and jumped in (with some help) and even ran on the mat they have for the little kids..

Every time she did something we praised her and i gave her HEAPS of kisses to say good girl

at the end i said you did really well her response was I know lol... and i kept saying it..

I was going to try and keep her in the pool to play on the step but boy she got out so fast it wasn't funny lol..

I then gave her a lolly at the end which i promised (she had two before she went in)...and i keep telling her she did good :) :) Very happy

So we will see how she goes on monday but im defeinaly going to keep this thursday lesson with this lovely lady and there was another little girl in there who is younger than Marli but not sure whether it helped her having a Name like Hayley that every time we said look what Hayley is doing she stopped and watched.. :) (not sure if she thought she was Nat's girl or not lol)
